Web Development, Cindy Hemenway started as an advertising
marketing agent in Rochester, New York in 1989. Later,
moving to Utah, continued her skills and knowledge
with her own online business is early as 1994. Learning
of Southern Utah's mass potential that needs to be
shared with the rest of the world, she started ProShay
